Hello, my name is Lauryn Gaston and I’m from Hershey PA!
I went to West Chester University where I earned a BA in Exercise Science and became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. My passion is to help individuals become active and as independent as possible. To achieve this, I’ve earned a personal trainer certification and I’m currently enrolled in Howard University’s doctorate of occupational therapy program. With these skills I hope to promote fitness, well-being and overall health!
