DPI ADAPTIVE FITNESS

Train With Purpose.
Respect the Space.

Our gym is built around adaptive athletes, individualized training and a supportive community. These guidelines help keep DPI safe, welcoming and productive for everyone.

01
SAFETY
RESPECT
COMMUNITY
BEFORE YOU TRAIN

A better gym experience
starts with all of us.

DPI Adaptive Fitness is a shared training environment. Whether you're here for individualized adaptive fitness, group programming, adaptive boxing or open gym time, please help us maintain a space where everyone can train safely and confidently.

If you are unsure about an equipment setup, movement, transfer or modification, please ask a DPI trainer. We're here to help.

DPI GYM STANDARDS

The Rules.

Please read all guidelines before participating in programming at DPI Adaptive Fitness.

01

Respect Everyone

Always respect and encourage your fellow DPI members. We are building a community where everyone has the opportunity to train, improve and succeed.

02

Safety Comes First

For the safety of all participants, follow trainer instructions and use equipment as directed. If you are unsure about something, stop and ask a trainer.

03

Ask Before Adjusting Equipment

Adaptive equipment may require individualized adjustments. Please ask a DPI trainer if equipment needs to be moved, modified or adjusted for your needs.

04

Keep the Training Floor Clear

Personal belongings should remain in the Relax Zone. Use lockers, designated storage areas, coat racks or the space underneath benches. Please keep seating areas clear for members.

05

Food & Drinks

Food and drinks are not permitted beyond the Relax Zone. Please help us keep the training environment clean and accessible.

06

Changing & Privacy

Please use the bathroom or private room when a private changing space is needed. Help us maintain privacy and accessibility for everyone.

07

Class Registration Is Required

Sign-ups are required for all group classes. Please reserve your spot before attending so our coaching team can properly prepare for each session.

08

Know When Your Session Is Over

We love seeing members socialize and support one another. Once your scheduled training session is complete, please move to the Relax Zone so the training floor remains available for active participants.

09

No Outside Trainers or Therapists

Outside trainers and therapists are not permitted to conduct training or therapy sessions inside DPI Adaptive Fitness without prior authorization from DPI management.

10

No Soliciting

DPI is a professional training environment. Soliciting members, selling services or promoting outside businesses or programs inside the gym is not permitted.

11

Train Hard.

Show up. Put in the work. Challenge yourself. Support your teammates. Keep progressing.

TRAIN HARD OR GO HOME.
12

Read Rule #1 Again.

Respect the people around you, respect the facility and help make DPI a place where everyone can train with purpose.

THE RELAX ZONE

Train. Recover.
Connect.

The Relax Zone is available for members to store personal belongings, enjoy food and drinks and socialize before or after their training sessions.

Help us keep the training floor focused on active participants and scheduled programming.
