Molly Regan CPT
Adaptive Fitness Trainer, Rock Steady Boxing Trainer

​"Mighty" Molly joined the DPI Adaptive Fitness trainer team in early 2017 as an adaptive fitness intern. Her interest in adaptive fitness was sparked after experiencing firsthand the benefits of adaptive fitness when she traveled with a family member living with a spinal cord injury to several adaptive workout sessions.

She began shadowing and learning all things adaptive fitness under the supervision of the adaptive fitness trainer team while she pursued her ACE fitness certification which she completed in August 2017.

Since that time, she has become a dedicated adaptive fitness trainer consistently working on improving her knowledge and craft with continuing education and train the trainer sessions


Molly plans to pursue her Rock Steady Parkinson's Boxing Certification in addition to other interests in Adaptive fitness.

she currently provides 1:1 Adaptive Fitness sessions, Leads Tuesday & Thursday RSB Boxing Fundamentals and is a coverage trainer for our No Limits programming at the  DPI Adaptive Fitness site.

Robby Febo CPT
Adaptive Fitness Trainer, Lead trainer offsite programming

Robby started as an Intern with DPI in the summer of 2015 . . . After eight months of intense immersion in Adaptive Fitness, coursework, and a certification exam, Robby is now proud to be on the DPI Adaptive Fitness trainer team.

​ All of our participants love to point out the growth they have witnessed first hand since Robby's first day to now. As one participant likes to say, "Robby has been trained by a great group and has as strong a presence as any of the other adaptive fitness trainers"

​Robby currently works one on one with clients at the DPI site, he also leads group adaptive fitness programming in  DC and VA at the DPI site.

Robby currently is also attending George Mason University where his major is Kinesiology with an interest in Physical Therapy next!

Adaptive Fitness Trainer, Rock Steady Boxing Trainer

Born Jan 23,1998 in Baltimore MD attended the university of Kentucky where I studied kinesiology with a minor in coaching. Was a collegiate athlete and multi time all American. Volunteered at Kennedy Krieger  for two years. Also volunteered at multiple PT locations in Kentucky. ​

Erica Hwang PT, DPT, CPT
Adaptive Fitness Trainer

As well as a personal trainer, Erica is a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist studying for her Neurologic ​ Specialty Certification.  She was an intern at Georgetown Neurologic Intensive Care Unit, where she was inspired to continue the hard work of the medical team after an acute neurological event.  

Clinically, she is an LSVT BIG certified specialist who sees many patients with Parkinson’s Disease, and enjoys introducing them to boxing interventions. As well as having great research to improve function, Erica enjoys martial arts as a work out recreationally. She is a World Tae Kwon Do Federation certified black belt, and has been boxing/kickboxing recreationally for the past 5 years.  

She discovered DPI in 2018 when she was looking for knowledgeable safe places to refer her patients who were done with physical therapy, but wanted to stay active. Now she is a part of the team, and provides adaptive training services and leads group classes and open gym.

Pablo Hernanadez CPT

Adaptive Fitness Trainer

 Pablo has worked in a rehab setting as a therapist technician and as a personal care manager for many years. He has been instrumental in implementing specific exercise programs designed by therapists to his clients which has significantly improved their quality of life. "Working in    Rehabilitation for six years, I realized that motivation is a key part of therapy and as a very motivated person, I will always find a way to help people achieve their goals". 

​Pablo was instrumental in the set up of our
 nationally recognized Rock Steady Parkinsons boxing program at DPI and so is our lead adaptive fitness trainer for the Rock Steady Parkinson's Boxing program offered at DPI Adaptive Fitness.


Pablo's background is in Sport administration and Health, he has degrees from University of Nuevo Leon (Mexico) and the University of the District of Columbia.
​

In his spare time Pablo enjoys speed skating, working out, hiking and being outdoors as much as possible.

​Devon is a leading authority on Adaptive Fitness for those living with or recovering from a disability.

​He is the Founder and Principal director of DPI Adaptive Fitness.

With over 15 years of experience in both fitness and rehab, He is the go to resource for clients, therapists, and doctors looking to maximize the benefits of Adaptive exercise to improve strength, balance, function and abilities. 

He has worked with and helped to maximize independence and function for individuals following or in addition to traditional therapy who are recovering from Stroke, Spinal cord injury, and other neurological conditions, Amputation, Vision impaired, and Seniors.

Devon also regularly coaches individuals looking to lose weight, improve their body composition, increase strength, and improve for sport.

In addition he also regularly trains group  adaptive boxing fitness classes for everyone at ANY level.

He has worked as a strength and conditioning trainer  for the DC Wheelchair Quad Rugby Team the Capital Punishers in their first two years as a division 1 team in 2016 when they went 6th overall and 2017 when they went 3rd overall in the nation!

Devon was recently recognized as 1 of 12 top trainers in the nation for 2019 with a nomination for PFP trainer of the year he was also recognized as a top medical fitness professional with a nomination for 2020 Medical Fitness Professional of the year.

Devon enjoys staying fit and active, reading, learning daily, and spending time with his wife and kids.
