"I was born in Mexico and lived most of my life in the south of North Carolina, before
moving here to the DMV area. I have four younger siblings that I adore as I have
supported them and have helped raise them for several years now. I wanted to change
our lives for the better, so I started by doing something for myself and show them that
you can do something you truly love for a living. I am currently a student at Northern
Virginia Community College in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program. Health and
fitness has always been a passion of mine as “movement is medicine”. My previous
background was with the Geriatric population. I worked several years as an aid to
residents with Dementia, Alzheimers, Parkinson's, COPD and other health
conditions. I aspire to help as many people reach their goals in life as I can in my
lifetime. I have learned from personal experiences and injuries that life sends us curve balls we
aren’t prepared for. I have the drive to be there for someone's journey to develop their
health, heart & mind. DPI is a place where individuals come to surpass all expectations
and more. I am thrilled to be part of this team to see individuals excel and reach their
max potential."
