He is the Founder and Principal director of DPI Adaptive Fitness. With over 15 years of experience in both fitness and rehab, He is the go to resource for clients, therapists, and doctors looking to maximize the benefits of Adaptive exercise to improve strength, balance, function and abilities. He has worked with and helped to maximize independence and function for individuals following or in addition to traditional therapy who are recovering from Stroke, Spinal cord injury, and other neurological conditions, Amputation, Vision impaired, and Seniors. Devon also regularly coaches individuals looking to lose weight, improve their body composition, increase strength, and improve for sport. In addition he also regularly trains group adaptive boxing fitness classes for everyone at ANY level. He has worked as a strength and conditioning trainer for the DC Wheelchair Quad Rugby Team the Capital Punishers in their first two years as a division 1 team in 2016 when they went 6th overall and 2017 when they went 3rd overall in the nation! He has been instrumental in implementing specific exercise programs designed by therapists to his clients which has significantly improved their quality of life. "Working in Rehabilitation for six years, I realized that motivation is a key part of therapy and as a very motivated person, I will always find a way to help people achieve their goals". Pablo is our lead adaptive fitness trainer for the nationally recognized Rock Steady Parkinson's Boxing program offered at DPI Adaptive Fitness. Pablo's background is in Sport administration and Health, he has degrees from University of Nuevo Leon (Mexico) and the University of the District of Columbia. In his spare time Pablo enjoys speed skating, working out, hiking and being outdoors as much as possible. |

Baldwin Fuertes
Adaptive Fitness Trainer Baldwin has worked as a Physical Therapist in his native Phillipines, he has also worked as a rehab technician for a major rehab hospital in Washington DC. He currently works full time as a licensed physical therapist assistant in the military system. He has worked with Devon in the outpatient therapy setting and feels that's where he learned to incorporate fitness and therapy to maximize his patients potential for progress.
Baldwin enjoys running, basketball and spending quality time with his wife and 2 boys playing sports. His passion is to work with people of varying Abilities to motivate and challenge them to perform at their maximum potential through the knowledge he attained by his education and clinical experience. |
Katie Seward

Katie is a rehab physical therapist and is the lead therapist for the spinal cord injury day program at the National Rehabilitation Hospital.
She currently co-leads our program design for the No Limits Adaptive Weight training class on tuesday evenings and is a dedicated adaptive fitness trainer for our Adaptive Circuit program both at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington DC, she also is a coverage trainer for the No Limits Adaptive Fitness class at our DPI site.

Robby FeboRobby started as an Intern with DPI in the summer of 2015 . . . After eight months of intense immersion in Adaptive Fitness, coursework, and a certification exam, Robby is now proud to be on the DPI Adaptive Fitness trainer team.
All of our participants love to point out the growth they have witnessed first hand since Robby's first day to now. As one participant likes to say, "Robby has been trained by a great group and has as strong a presence as any of the other adaptive fitness trainers" Robby currently works one on one with clients at the DPI site, he also leads group adaptive fitness programs for seniors in several assisted living facilities in Northern Virginia, as well as the adaptive boxing fitness classes both in DC and VA at the DPI site. Robby currently is also attending college classes with an interest in Physical Therapy |
Sarah AnscherSarah is an outpatient rehab physical therapist and coverage adaptive fitness trainer with DPI Adaptive Fitness for our No Limits Adaptive Circuit program at The DPI site.
Beth LjungBeth is an outpatient rehab physical therapist and coverage adaptive fitness trainer with DPI for our No Limits Adaptive Circuit program at NRH.

Molly Laing

"Mighty" Molly joined the DPI Adaptive Fitness trainer team in early 2017 as an adaptive fitness intern. She has been shadowing and learning all things adaptive fitness under the supervision of the adaptive fitness trainer team while she pursued her ACE fitness certification which she completed in August 2017.
Molly plans to pursue adaptive yoga certification in addition to other interests in Adaptive fitness.

Ashley is a coverage adaptive fitness trainer for our DC No Limits Adaptive Fitness Program at Medstar NRH and a GW PT Student.
Emily Reilly
Emily joined the DPI Adaptive Fitness Trainer team in August 2017.
Emily has experience working as an adaptive fitness trainer for the past two years leading dynamic group exercise classes for the National MS Society as well as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Classes for general fitness population.
She brings high energy and some great adaptive class ideas to our dynamic team of Adaptive Trainers....
